Jo-Anne is currently working at Red River College as Senior Instructional Designer for the Teaching Learning Technology Centre. She has been involved in distance education since 2004 and has been working at RRC since 2010.
Having begun her career as a high school teacher in rural Manitoba, Jo-Anne has been involved in all aspects of education for more than 25 years. Prior to working at RRC she worked for TLG and Viterra where she worked as an Instructional Designer, LMS administrator, and Trainer.

Board member: Jim Hounslow Jim is employed as a web communications specialist at Extended Education, University of Manitoba. Prior to this, he was the E-Learning Specialist at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, the LMS administrator at University of Manitoba and an adult educator at Red River College, University of Winnipeg and Herzing College. He has a passion for educational technologies.
Board member: David Larocque has taught Audio Production with the New Media Communications program at the University of Saint-Boniface for 17 years. He holds B. Music, B. Education and M. Education degrees. Interests include Instructional Design and Educational Development. David has a lengthy musical career and has worked with the Winnipeg Jazz Orchestra, the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, the Ron Paley Big Band and the CBC as a guitarist.

Claudius is a distance learning professional in the Manitoba post-secondary sector having 25 years experience with media and educational technology and training. He has been a member of MADLaT since its inception.
As instructional designer at Red River College since 2010, his duties include development of online Apprenticeship and Professional/Diploma courses at RRC and faculty development/training.
Prior to working at RRC, he spent 17 years in the Centre for Distributed/Distance Learning at University of Winnipeg, latterly as the Assistant Manager (University of Winnipeg Instructional Network) and WebCT Administrator. His responsibilities included supervision of the Telecourse/Video-On-Demand production staff and facilities, LMS administration and faculty support, training & development.
