Whereas, The Manitoba Association for Distributed Learning
and Training (known as MADLaT) needs some form of organizational
structure; and
Whereas, MADLaT has amended its bylaws to improve clarity;
therefore, be it
Resolved That the bylaws as approved by the MADLaT
Board on March 24, 2005 be adopted as the current set
of bylaws for the Manitoba Association for Distributed
Learning and Training.
