  • 1 workshop - $60
  • 2 workshops - $120

Conference Fees (Friday, May 5)

Non-member

  • $135 (Early Bird)
  • $160 (after March 24/06)

Current MadLaT Members

  • $110 (Early Bird)
  • $135 (after March 24/06)
  • $110 per registrant (Group rate for groups of 10 or more)

Note: All above conference fees include $25 MADLaT membership

Student Rate

  • $50 per full-time student (Student card required at door)

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Written notice to MADLaT at info@madlat.ca is required. A $25 cancellation fee applies. No refunds after May 3, 2006

Step 2: Submit Payment

  • Option (a) – Credit Card Payment - Online only. Follow the link for online
    payment on the Online Registration Form.
    bullet NOTE: It is required that you have a PayPal account to pay by credit card.
    If you do not have one, you will automatically be taken through the process
    of obtaining one, when you click on the PayPal "Buy Now" button on the
    credit card payment page. There is no cost associated with the creation of
    this account.
  • Option (b) – Invoice. Send a copy of your completed registration form including invoicing information by fax to 204-224-0304. Invoices must be paid by cheque only.
  • Option (c) – Cheque. Send a copy of your completed registration form and cheque to:
