Learn how to find your niche, design your vision, align it with public policy and programs, engage the private sector and other stakeholders, and continuously weave your solution with changing community needs for ongoing sustainability and growth.

Presenter: Don Presant, Learning Agents

Don Presant is President of Learning Agents, an independent producer of multimedia learning solutions for career development and workplace learning.

In 2003 he built the partnership-based Career Destination: MANITOBA (careerdestination.mb.ca), an online multimedia gallery of local career success stories. This initiative is now being adapted to the needs of skilled immigrants, Aboriginals and Francophone youth in other projects.

Don remains committed to building human capital and community through partnership, collaboration and peer learning.
