"E-Learning Comes Together," the MADLaT 2008 conference will address the blend of information technology and the wisdom of educators in learning environments. Our audience, a diverse community of practitioners, also reflects this coming together--teachers, professors, instructors, designers and those involved in student support, planning and administrative issues, all sharing their knowledge and experience.

Who should attend?

Anyone with an interest in using educational technology for teaching and learning. People from K-12, colleges, universities, and private education/training companies as well as those in business, industry, government, NGO's, military, and associations who have a responsibility for education and training.

Stream 3: Research

With a total of 32 concurrent sessions at the conference on Friday, May 9, 2008, you will have no difficulty finding topics related to your professional development interests.

Networking

The annual MADLaT Conference is designed to bring together professionals in the field of Distributed Learning and Training to exchange ideas and experiences. Our goal is to promote learning – both formal and informal - throughout the entire conference event. Several networking opportunities support this throughout the pre-conference workshop and conference schedules.

Our kick-off networking event is an outstanding Wine and Cheese buffet on Thursday evening, followed by “Centered on Learning” – an opportunity to try new tools and games that are changing the face of learning. Don't miss this fun learning-and-networking experience. Many door prizes will add to the excitement of our coming together.
