Session 27
Title: ROI on Training: The
elusive assignment
Session
Description:
Many a training manager has
been tasked with measuring ROI in their organization, perhaps to
justify their budget, or even the department’s existence.
Increasingly, training professionals are be held responsible for
the effects of training, not just the delivery of training.
Unlike other business initiatives or activities, it is near
impossible to measure return on investment using the standard
ROI approach. This session will discuss alternative methods for
evaluating training results in your organization.
