Step 1: Complete Conference 2010 Registration Form
Step 2: Submit Payment
Option (a) – Credit Card Payment - Online only. Follow
the link for online
payment on the Online Registration Form.
NOTE: To
pay by credit card, you need a PayPal account.
If you do not have
one, go to the credit-card payment page and click on the PayPal
"Buy Now" button.
You will be guided through the process of obtaining one.
There is no cost associated with the creation of a PayPal
account.
Option (b)
– Invoice. Send by fax a copy of your completed registration
form including invoicing information to 204-415-8690. Invoices
must be paid by cheque only.
Option (c)
– Cheque Send a copy of your completed registration form and
cheque to:
