Blended learning was all the rage in the 90s. Still, many learning organizations struggled to find the “sweet spot” in orchestrating learning assets throughout a sustained learning process. The advent of Performance Support has made true blended learning a reality. We will discuss and share the fundamental design principles for integrating informal learning into a formal learning strategy to create the best of both worlds for your learners.

Dr. Conrad A. Gottfredson has devoted his life to improving the life conditions of people, communities and nations through education. His Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology and Technology has provided him the opportunity to pursue this life goal in a 25 year private consulting practice.
