Conference Workshop Fees (Thursday, May 5)

  • 1 workshop - $75

  • 2 workshops - $150

Conference Fees (Friday, May 6)

Members

  • $145 - Early Bird;

  • $170 (after April 9, 2011)

Non-members

  • $170 - non-members Early Bird

  • $205 non-members (after April 9, 2011)

  • Group rate - $145/person for groups of four or more people

Note: All above conference fees include $25 MADLaT membership

Student Rate

  • $55 per full-time student (Student card required at door)

Note: All above fees are per person.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Written notice to MADLaT at kjjoss@shaw.ca is required. A $25 cancellation fee applies. No refunds after May 4, 2011

Steps to Register

Step 1: Complete Conference 2011 Registration Form

Step 2: Submit Payment

Option (a) – Credit Card Payment - Online only.

NOTE: To pay by credit card, you need a PayPal account.

If you do not have one, go to the credit-card payment page and click on the PayPal "Buy Now" button.

You will be guided through the process of obtaining one.

There is no cost associated with the creation of a PayPal account.

Option (b) – Invoice. Send by fax a copy of your completed registration form including invoicing information to 204-415-8690. Invoices must be paid by cheque only.

Option (c) – Cheque. Send a copy of your completed registration form and cheque to:

Onsite: Late Registration will be available at the MADLaT helpdesk on May 5th and 6th locations TBA.
