By fax

Fax completed registration form to 204-474-7661. Include VISA or MasterCard number and expiry date or purchase order number (include actual purchase order) and name and address of organization to invoice.

By mail

Mail completed registration form, including VISA or MasterCard number and expiry date, cheque payable to University of Manitoba or purchase order number (include actual purchase order) and organization to invoice to:

In Person

Drop off the completed registration with payment at Room 188D Continuing Education Division, Fort Garry Campus, University of Manitoba, open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  After hours, registrations can be dropped off in the Assignment Drop Box outside Room 188D, Continuing Education Complex.

or

Drop off the completed registration with payment at the University of Manitoba Downtown, 11 The Promenade, (just north of Portage Place Shopping Centre).  Registrations are accepted weekdays, most weekday evenings and on some Saturdays at our Downtown office. Call 982-4220 to check if open on a specific the evening or Saturday.
